Training:
FREE Leica SP5 Training, Pathway HT

Thursday, May 15, 2014
9 a.m.Noon

Location:

Keen Hall
Parking Information

Description:

I think there are a couple of people who missed the latest Inverted SP5 confocal training, in which case I can fit in a session tomorrow morning 9am to noon.  Please reply to dcarter@ucr.edu if interested.

Also, I will be doing Pathway HT training on Tuesday morning May 20, 9am to noon.  This is the high content screening system and is especially useful if you have a lot of samples that can be handled in a repetitive way, or if you need to do long time course experiments, where the automations will allow you to collect dozens of time series simultaneously by cycling between well positions.  Again contact dcarter@ucr.edu to save a space.  There is no charge for either session.

Would anyone like scanning electron microscopy training?  or how to use the Bitplane 3D software package?

Just a reminder to always cover a microscope when it is not being used and to always let me know if something breaks so I can fix it.

Many thanks,

David
